Do I need to know how to code or design?
No, neither. You answer questions about your business and click "Publish". The copy, the layout, the colors and the phone version are done for you; you install nothing and write no line of code.
Who takes care of hosting and the technical side?
BeeVitrine. Hosting, the database, the secure connection (https), the site address, the preparation for Google and the updates are included in the subscription. You have no server to rent and no technical provider to find.
Why a subscription rather than a site paid for once?
Because a site does not stop the day it is created: it has to be hosted, secured, maintained and corrected when your prices or hours change. The subscription includes all of that, with no setup fee. You make changes yourself, as often as you like, and you stop whenever you want.
Will I get lost?

When do I pay?
On your first click on “Publish”. You then choose to pay monthly or yearly, and you pay that first month or first year. Even if you publish the day you sign up, that is when billing starts, and not before.
How does payment work?
Through a payment link, sent at each due date: every month, or every year if you chose the yearly plan. There is no automatic debit: nothing leaves your account unless you open that link yourself.
Can I edit my site after it goes online?
Yes, at any time and at no cost. Each change goes back online in under a minute: a new price, a new opening time, a new photo.
My business speaks English. Can the site too?
Yes. Choose English when you create it: texts, buttons, hours and page addresses are written in English, and prices show in your country’s currency.
What happens if I pay late?
Your site stays online. For seven days, your space becomes read-only: you can no longer edit, but your customers see no difference. After that the site is taken down, and your data is kept for ninety days.

All your sites live in the same account, and preparing them is free. Each site put online costs one Starter: the first on your first click on “Publish”, each of the next ones pro rata for the current month. Plans for people who manage their clients’ sites are being prepared.
What doesn’t BeeVitrine do?
