A link at each due date
Before each due date, you receive a link to pay by card. You open it, you pay: no automatic charge, nothing leaves your account without you.
Late, the website stays online
For 7 days, your customers see no difference; only your workspace becomes read-only. Then the website is taken offline, and your data is kept for 90 days: a payment puts everything back online.
Stop with a simple message
No notice, no form. Stopping takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and your website stays online until then.

Who takes care of hosting and the technical side?
BeeVitrine. Hosting, the database, the secure connection (https), the site address, the preparation for Google and the updates are included in the subscription. You have no server to rent and no technical provider to find.
Why a subscription rather than a site paid for once?
Because a site does not stop the day it is created: it has to be hosted, secured, maintained and corrected when your prices or hours change. The subscription includes all of that, with no setup fee. You make changes yourself, as often as you like, and you stop whenever you want.
When do I pay?
On your first click on “Publish”. You then choose to pay monthly or yearly, and you pay that first month or first year. Even if you publish the day you sign up, that is when billing starts, and not before.
How does payment work?
Through a payment link, sent at each due date: every month, or every year if you chose the yearly plan. There is no automatic debit: nothing leaves your account unless you open that link yourself.
What happens if I pay late?
Your site stays online. For seven days, your space becomes read-only: you can no longer edit, but your customers see no difference. After that the site is taken down, and your data is kept for ninety days.
