01Who provides the service
BeeVitrine is a service published by BeeGoro LTD, private limited company (LTD), whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, UK. Full details are in the legal notice. For any question about these terms: contact@beevitrine.com.
02Who BeeVitrine is for
BeeVitrine is for professionals: shops, tradespeople, practices, institutions, associations, and those who build websites for them. By creating an account, you declare that you act in the course of your business and can commit yourself, or the business you represent.
03Your account
You create an account with an e-mail address confirmed by a code, or with your Google account. Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is deemed done by you. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
04Creating is free
Creating an account and preparing a website costs nothing, with no time limit. No payment method is asked at this stage.
- a free account keeps one website in preparation at a time;
- each website can be regenerated twice for free, and a paid plan adds more;
- nothing is online until you publish.
05Going online and plans
The first click on “Publish” asks you to choose between paying monthly and paying yearly. You pay that first month or first year, and the website goes online as soon as the payment is confirmed. Plans and prices are those shown on the Pricing section at the time of your order.
Publishing one more website never blocks anything: each extra website online costs one more plan, pro rata for the current month.
06Payment at each due date
At each due date (every month, or every year for yearly payment), a payment link is sent to you beforehand. You pay through that link: there is never an automatic debit, nothing is charged without your action.
If the due date is not paid:
- your websites stay online for 7 days, but you can no longer create or publish;
- after that, your websites are taken offline and your data kept for 90 days: a payment during that time puts everything back online;
- beyond that, website content and received requests are deleted. Invoices are kept.
07Stop whenever you want
You can cancel at any time with a simple message to the service (+237 672 05 12 89 on WhatsApp, or contact@beevitrine.com): no notice, no form, no call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the month, or the year for yearly payment. Your websites stay online until then, and you can change your mind while that period runs.
After stopping, you can subscribe again from the Billing page of your workspace. Refunds follow the refund policy.
08What you publish
The engine writes your website’s texts from the information you give. You remain responsible for that information and for what is published under your name: review your website before putting it online, and correct anything that does not match your business.
You warrant that you have the right to use the photos, logos and texts you upload. You allow us to host them, adapt them (format, size) and display them on your website, for the duration of the service only.
Illustration photos suggested by the engine come from a royalty-free image library (Pexels). They illustrate the trade and do not depict your team.
Your website’s footer carries the line “Powered by BeeVitrine”, with a link to BeeVitrine. It is part of the service and cannot be removed.
09Refused activities
BeeVitrine does not create websites for religious worship and organizations, bars and nightclubs, or adult content. Any illegal or misleading content, or content infringing the rights of others, is also refused. We may refuse or remove a website that breaks these rules, after informing you, except in an emergency.
10What we do not promise
BeeVitrine builds a careful website, technically prepared for search engines. We promise neither a position on Google nor a number of visits, customers or sales.
The service is provided with care, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability: maintenance, or an outage at a provider or network, may interrupt it.
If we are held liable, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us over the last twelve months, and does not cover indirect losses such as loss of earnings.
11Ownership
The information, photos and texts of your website are yours: you may reuse them freely, elsewhere too. The software, templates, layout, the BeeVitrine brand and its mascot remain our property; they are made available to you for the duration of the service.
12Your data
How we handle your data and that of your websites’ visitors is described in the privacy policy.
13Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A change affecting your rights or prices is announced to you by e-mail at least thirty days before it applies, and you may cancel in the meantime.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by [to be completed: governing law] law. In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of [to be completed: court city] have jurisdiction.
