How to create your business website
You answer the questions for your trade, and BeeVitrine writes the copy and builds the pages. Expect about 5 minutes for a first version.

Say what you do: BeeVitrine suggests the matching category out of 35, and you can change it if needed.

Answer the questions
They are made for your trade: your services, your area, your hours, what sets you apart. The express path takes five screens.

Add your photos and logo
Your own photos come before stock images. You can also add them later.

Review the draft
BeeVitrine writes the copy from your answers, without making up any figure or review, and builds the pages. Nothing goes online until you publish.
Good to know: You can also start from text you already wrote (a Facebook page, a WhatsApp catalog, a flyer): you see what BeeVitrine keeps from it before it enters the draft.
How to change the look of your website
If the first version is not to your taste, you change the style without touching your information.

Open “Regenerate”
The button sits next to “Colors,” in your website’s workspace.

Choose what changes
“Change everything” offers another style, other colors and another layout. “New layout” only changes the arrangement. “Previous version” takes you back.

Keep what you like
Your information, photos and copy do not change. If the new version does not work, go back to the previous one.
Good to know: Each site has two free regenerations; going back to the previous version does not use one. “Change everything” forgets the color you picked, and “Previous version” brings it back.
How to pick your website colors
You start from a palette made for your trade, or from your business color, and the rest of the site matches.

Open “Colors”
The section is in your website’s workspace.

Pick a palette or a color
The “Matching palettes” tab offers palettes drawn as small websites. The “One color” tab takes your business color and matches the rest.

Check the result
The website shows with these colors. On a website that is already live, the change applies as soon as you save it.
Good to know: BeeVitrine adjusts the contrast of the colors so the text stays readable, even with a bright color.
How to change a section of your website
You change one section at a time: its layout, its place, its background or its copy, without touching the rest.

Open “Sections”
Each page is listed there with its sections; unfold the one you want.

Change the layout
“All layouts” shows the possible layouts of the section with your real content. Pick one.

Move, remove or add
The arrows move a section up or down, and you can remove or add sections. The top of the page and the closing call always stay.

Rewrite a text
“Rewrite the text” redoes a single text (the headline, the strengths, the questions…), with an optional 300-character instruction. Nothing else changes.
Good to know: A layout picked for a type of section (reviews, for example) applies to every page that has one. A section’s background (light, light band, dark band) can also be picked, when the layout allows it.
How to add a WhatsApp button
The button is a plain link to your number: no connection to WhatsApp is needed.

Open the WhatsApp section
It is in your website’s workspace.

Enter your number
Write it with your country code: BeeVitrine puts it in the right format and rejects an invalid number.

Save
The website shows a WhatsApp button, and the main action of the page becomes “message on WhatsApp.”
Good to know: To remove the button, delete the number: the call, or the callback request, takes its place back.
How to add your photos and logo
Your images replace stock images, slot by slot.

Open “Photos”
Each slot of the website (top of the page, gallery, team…) is listed there.

Add your images
They are resized and optimized for the web, and the location information they contain is removed.

Add your logo
If your logo already contains your name, check “My logo already contains the name”: the header does not write the name a second time.
Good to know: As soon as one of your photos fills a slot, it replaces the stock image that was there.
How to add a video to a page
You paste a link, and the page shows a player that loads nothing before the click.

Open “Sections”
Unfold the page that should get the video.

Paste the link
In “Page videos,” paste a YouTube, Facebook or TikTok link, or the embed code the platform gives you.

Check the page
A video section is added before the closing call. A page can hold up to six videos.
Good to know: Nothing loads from the platform before the visitor clicks “Play”: the page stays fast.
How to have your website reviewed before publishing
You send a private link to a partner or to the business owner: they read the website and write you a comment.

Open “Have the site reviewed”
The card is on your website’s overview.

Create the link
BeeVitrine produces a private link. Copy it, or send it straight on WhatsApp.

Read the comments
Your reviewer sees the website read-only and can write a comment. It arrives in your workspace.
Good to know: The link lasts 30 days, you can have three active at once, and you can delete it whenever you want. It does not show up on Google.
How to publish your website
Building is free; you only pay when you go live, through a payment link.

Check the website
A quality check flags what is missing before it goes live.

Click “Publish”
The first click asks you to pick the plan: Starter monthly or yearly. Prices are detailed on the Pricing page.

Pay with the link
You get a payment link to pay by card. The website goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Share your address
The website is live at its BeeVitrine address, which you can replace with your own domain name.
Good to know: A published website never changes on its own: only your own edits apply to it.
How to connect your domain name
Your website can answer at your own address (yourbusiness.com) instead of the BeeVitrine one.

Open “Domain name”
Enter the domain name you already own.

Pick the method
Either you replace your domain’s nameservers with ours: one setting, but the whole domain follows, email included. Or you keep your nameservers and add two DNS records, one on the domain, one on “www.”

Make the change with your registrar
BeeVitrine gives you the exact values to enter with whoever manages your domain.

Click “Check now”
The domain is only connected to the website once the connection is observed.
Good to know: The BeeVitrine address keeps working before, during and after the connection. A domain name can only serve one website.
How to track your website visits
Each published website has its own statistics, in its workspace.

Open “Statistics”
The section is in your website’s workspace.

Pick the period
7, 30 or 90 days.

Read the numbers
The key figures are compared to the previous period. You also see visits per day, the most viewed pages, where visitors come from and which devices they use. Clicks on WhatsApp and on the phone number are counted.
Good to know: These statistics use no cookie and keep no IP address or visitor identifier.
How to edit your information after creation
You reopen the questions from the start, without losing the edits made since.

Open “Form”
You find the questions from the start again, one topic at a time.

Change your answers
Only what you change is applied: your colors, your section edits and your fixes made elsewhere stay in place.

Save
“Save” keeps your copy. “Save and rewrite the copy” redoes it from the new answers.
Good to know: A website that is already live is updated as soon as you save.
